Even the American Lung Association has publicly admitted that nicotine replacement products like that of vaporizers and e-liquids are effective in easing withdrawal symptoms from nicotine. An individual who quits smoking and instead opts for the healthier alternative will see the risks of a heart attack drop significantly. Additionally, that individual will no longer be at risk of stroke related to smoking in two to five years after quitting. In the end, the ability to quit smoking for a decade or more will correspond to avoiding the possibility of developing lung cancer by fifty percent.

It is true that quitting smoking is very difficult and many people find it almost impossible to do. But then again, the only thing that needs to be done in order to convince yourself is realize that it is all for the improvement of your health and saving your life in the process. The purpose of using e-liquids and vaporizers is for you to have an easier transition.
